The Captain
🟥This sculpture presents the archetype of the wise seafarer — a man with a heavy beard, holding a stylized helm, embodying a captain who knows both his strength and his limits. His gaze is calm yet piercing, like one who has faced the unpredictability of the sea and of life itself.
Experience radiates through him — every line of the face, every texture of the beard, every fold of form suggests journeys taken, decisions made, and battles carried. The helm is more than a nautical symbol — it represents inner guidance, the ability to remain true to one’s route despite waves that seek to shift the course.
Strength and contemplation merge here: the darker glaze speaks of endurance, while the serene expression reveals deep presence and wisdom. A keeper of direction — reminding the observer of the need for stability, an inner compass, and courage to continue forward.
The Captain is an homage to those who keep their grip steady and their gaze wide, even when horizons blur.
